These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baca8 platform and all of its related services. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

baca8 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting or allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Proof of Age

baca8 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at the time of registration or at any stage thereafter. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be required.

3.2 KYC Process

baca8 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure secure services. Completing identity verification before withdrawal may be mandatory. If required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Confidentiality of Information

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt is made to abuse the bonus system, manipulate it, or exploit the system for unfair advantage, the account will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on baca8 follow fair play principles. Game results are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed in the game interface. baca8 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors and Bet Cancellation

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the bets for that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. The policy that "a technical malfunction voids all bets and payouts" applies.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

• Creating an account using a false identity or information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

baca8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide required documents for verification on time.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• On the order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. The self-exclusion facility is provided under the responsible gaming policy.

8.3 Actions After Closure

After account closure, any eligible balance (excluding bonuses, subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned via the relevant payment method.

9.1 Service Availability

9.2 Limitation of Liability
